If your cookies arrive individually wrapped, keep them sealed until you're ready to enjoy them - this helps lock in freshness.

If they’re not wrapped, store them in an airtight container straight away.

These timeframes are a guide for best taste and texture. Cookies are still perfectly safe to eat after this - they just may not be at their best.

And yes, cookies freeze beautifully!
Pop them in the freezer and enjoy within 3–6 months.

Wrapped cookies (heat sealed): Leave them sealed until you're ready to eat - they're already good to go.

Unwrapped cookies: Store in an airtight container as soon as possible to help them stay fresher for longer.

Freezing? Easy. Just use a sealed container or freezer bag. All cookies freeze well for 3–6 months.

If you'd like to enjoy your cookies warm (the best way!), here’s how to reheat:

Regular Chunky Cookies
- 20 sec in the microwave
- OR 3 min in the oven at 160°C

Mini Cookies
- 10 sec in the microwave
- OR 2 min in the oven at 160°C

Cookie Cakes / Pies / Kilo Cookies
- By the slice: 20 sec in the microwave
- Whole: 6 min in the oven at 160°C

Reheating from frozen?
Let cookies thaw at room temperature before reheating.
