Product FAQs
How do I store my cookies?
Cookies can be stored for at least 7 days in an airtight container, or frozen for up to 3 months.
Can I reheat my cookies?
Yes! Heat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds and serve warm! If heating from frozen, allow to thaw out first.
You can also heat in the oven at 160 degrees celsius for 2 minutes
Do you cookies contain allergens?
Yes – all of our cookies may contain traces of nuts. Some of flavours have nuts as the main
ingredient. They also contain gluten, dairy & egg. If there are any
particular allergens that you are concerned about, please contact us via email
(hello@sweetsplits.com.au).
Order & Fulfilment FAQs
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is 6 cookies, or, 1 cookie cake, cookie pie or kilo cookie
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we offer pick up from our HQ in Dural, Monday to Saturday between 9am and 10am.
You can select this option at the check out page when placing your order.
Pick up address is 2/242D New
Line Road Dural. Once you turn into no. 242 New Line Road, just keep going down the long driveway, and we are in the very last building.
Can I get same day delivery?
No, we don't offer same day delivery. Orders need to be placed by 8pm the day prior for next day Sydney courier delivery (Monday to Saturday) or you can choose a future date at check out.
We can also send your order via Express Post (Monday to Friday). We guarantee next business day dispatch for all Express Post orders placed by 8pm. You are unable to choose a delivery/dispatch date for Express Post orders. We will just get your order out as soon as possible. Please note, we cannot send any balloons by express post
How much does delivery cost?
Express Post is: $10.95
Sydney Courier delivery is: $14.95
You will be able to select your preferred method at check out.
When do you deliver?
Our couriers deliver across Sydney Metro 6 days per week – Monday to Saturday (enter your postcode at check out to see if you are eligible for courier delivery). You can preselect your delivery date at checkout. Orders need to be placed by 8pm for next day delivery.
We also send orders via Express Post. Express Post orders are sent out Monday to Friday. If you place your order by 8pm, we guarantee next business day dispatch.
Pick up is also available from our HQ at Dural Monday to Saturday.
You can select which option suits you best at check out.
Where do you offer local delivery to?
Our local couriers deliver to most Sydney Metro suburbs. Enter your post code at check out to see if we deliver to you!
If your post code is outside of our local delivery network, we can send your order via Express Post - you can select this option at check out.
What time will my order arrive?
LOCAL SYDNEY COURIERS:
We can’t guarantee delivery times, however deliveries are usually made between 9am and 6pm.
EXPRESS POST
Express post typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive once dispatched, however we cannot guarantee shipping times. Unfortunately, delays can arise with Australia Post at times, and we don’t accept any responsibility for Australia Post delays that are out of our control. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your shipping label has been prepared.
All cookies are individually heat sealed to maintain freshness.
What if no one is home to accept the delivery?
If no one is available to accept the delivery, our
couriers will leave your order in a safe place, and you will be notified. Please ensure your order is brought inside ASAP to avoid it being affected by the weather, or any ants/pests getting in.
Do you ship Australia Wide?
Yes, we ship Australia wide!
We ship Express Post orders Australia Wide from Monday to Friday. We guarantee next business day dispatch for all orders placed by 8pm (there is no option to select a specific delivery/dispatch date at check out for Express Post orders).

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your
order, please let us know via email by 8pm the day prior to pick up/delivery,
and we will give you a full refund.
We can’t refund any orders on
the day of delivery/pick up, as we bake to order very early in the morning, so
your order would have already been prepared.
