DELIVERY / SHIPPING 

 

1. SYDNEY COURIER DELIVERY (NEXT-DAY SYDNEY METRO DELIVERY)

We offer next-day hand delivery to most suburbs across Sydney.

  • Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout - this is the day your order will be delivered.
  • Your order will be collected by a local courier on the morning of your selected date and delivered that same day.
  • You’ll receive a text message with a live tracking link once your order is on the way. This allows you to:

-          View estimated delivery time

-          Provide special instructions to the driver

  • Once delivered, you’ll receive an SMS* with photo confirmation of where your order was left.

Note: the SMS will be sent to the number in the ‘shipping information’ section of the order, not the billing information.

 Please note:

  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.  If you need your order in the morning/by a certain time, we recommend selecting the day before for delivery.

  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, our couriers will leave your order in a safe place, and you’ll be notified via SMS.

  • Please ensure your order is brought inside as soon as possible to avoid damage from weather, heat, or ants/pests.

  • Once your order is picked up by the courier, we are no longer able to make changes or guarantee timing, as delivery is managed by a third-party courier partner.

 

2. EXPRESS POST SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA-WIDE)

We deliver cookies Australia-wide via Express Post with Australia Post.

  • At checkout, you’ll select your preferred dispatch date - this is the date your order will leave our HQ (not the delivery date).

  • Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on your location, however it may sometimes take longer.

You’ll receive an email with your AusPost tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • The dispatch date is not the delivery date.
  • Balloons cannot be shipped via Express Post.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • Parcels are sent with Authority to Leave (no signature required).

We take great care in dispatching your order on time, but once it leaves us, we are not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post. If you’re ordering for a specific event or date, we strongly recommend allowing extra time.

 

3. PICK UP FROM HQ (DURAL, NSW 2158)

Prefer to collect your cookies yourself? You’re welcome to pick up your order directly from our HQ.

  • Simply select Pick Up at checkout when placing your order.
  • All orders must be placed in advance – pre-order is required.
  • You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

Pick-up times:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 11:am

Saturday: 8:30am – 9:30am (strictly)

Our HQ is located at 2/242D New Line Rd Dural, NSW 2158. Full pick-up details will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

If you need to make any changes to your order (address, delivery date, product choice), please let us know by email (info@sweetsplits.com.au) no later than 2pm prior to the day of delivery/pick up.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know via email 24 hours the day prior to pick up/delivery, and we will give you a full refund. 

We can’t cancel any orders on the day of delivery/dispatch as our team gets started on baking & packing orders very early each morning.

 

WRONG ADDRESS:

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery details at checkout, and double check the details in your order confirmation.  If you need to change a delivery address, please let us know via email (info@sweetsplits.com.au) prior to 2pm the day before delivery.  We do not accept responsibility if the address supplied is incorrect.

Note: If your order has already been picked up by the driver, we may not be able to change the address - especially if the new address is on a different route from the original.

 

IF RECIPIENT ISN’T AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY

Sydney Courier Delivery:

If you’re not home, the courier will leave your order in a safe place and send you a text message with a photo confirmation.

 

Express Post:

Aus Post have authority to leave the parcel.  No signature is required.

 

COOKIE FLAVOURS

While we always do our best to include the flavours you’ve selected, we may occasionally run out of a particular cookie. In these instances, we reserve the right to substitute a different flavour. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept that substitutions may be made.

This applies to all flavours, but is particularly relevant for weekly specials, when a future delivery date is selected that falls outside the week the special is available.
