No, we don’t currently offer same day delivery.
We offer two delivery options:

• Sydney Courier Delivery – Your order will be hand-delivered by a local courier on the delivery date you choose at checkout. This is the best option if you need cookies to arrive on a specific day, and if you’re based in Sydney (enter your post code at the cart page to see if you’re eligible for this option).

• Express Post (Australia-wide) – You’ll be able to select your preferred dispatch date at checkout.

SYDNEY COURIER DELIVERY:
Your order is picked up by a local courier on the delivery date you select at checkout and delivered the same day within Sydney.

EXPRESS POST
Your order is dispatched via Australia Post on the dispatch date you choose at checkout. It typically arrives 1–2 business days after dispatch.

• The dispatch date is when your order leaves us — not the day you will receive it.
• Delivery times for Express Post are estimates and may vary, as they are managed by Australia Post.

For Sydney Courier Delivery, if you need a morning delivery, we recommend getting your order delivered the day before.

For Express Post, if you need your order by a certain date, please allow an extra day when selecting your dispatch date, as delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Sydney Courier Delivery:
Your order is guaranteed to be delivered on the date you selected at checkout, though exact delivery times can’t be guaranteed. Once your order is picked up by the courier, you’ll receive an SMS with an estimated arrival time, live tracking, and the option to communicate any special instructions directly with the driver.

Express Post:
Delivery times for Express Post are managed by Australia Post and typically take 1–2 business days after dispatch (the dispatch date is when your order leaves us). Unfortunately, we have no control over their delivery schedules. If you experience any delays, please contact Australia Post directly as your first point of contact.

Yes! For Sydney Courier Delivery, once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link that allows you to communicate any special delivery instructions directly to the courier.

Sydney Courier Delivery:
If you’re not home, the courier will leave your order in a safe place and send you a text message with a photo confirmation.

Express Post:
Aus Post have authority to leave the parcel. No signature is required.

If your order has already been picked up by the driver, we may not be able to change the address - especially if the new address is on a different route from the original.

SYDNEY COURIER DELIVERIES:
Once your order is picked up by the driver, you’ll receive a text message at the mobile number provided at checkout (under ‘shipping information’. This message includes a live tracking link and the option to provide special instructions to the driver. After delivery, you’ll get another SMS with a photo confirming your order has been delivered.

EXPRESS POST:
An email will be sent to the email address provided in the order. It will contain an Aus Post tracking number and tracking link. You will need to check the link for any delivery updates as you won’t be notified once it’s been delivered.
